Return Policy
With a valid receipt, you have 14 days to return or exchange your online purchase as per our return policy. We cannot refund or replace after 14 days from the date of purchase.
Our return policy does not affect your statutory rights. Your statutory rights shall take precedence over any conflicting provisions in our return policy, and any such provision shall be deemed ineffective to the extent that they breach our return policy.
Returns (refunds and exchanges)
Please let us know if you are dissatisfied with the products you have purchased. With a valid receipt, you have 14 days to return or exchange your online purchase as per our return policy. We are unable to refund or replace after 14 days from the date of purchase.
Products must be returned in a reusable condition in order for them to be returned or exchanged. This requires that the products are undamaged and in the same condition in which they were first received. Products must be returned with all accessories, tags, “free gifts” and all add-ons in their original packaging. To return or exchange, you must have a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Returns (if applicable)
We will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned products after we have examined them. Acceptance or refusal of a refund will also be communicated by us.
If your request for a refund is accepted, it will be processed and the money will be automatically added to your credit card or other original payment method within 14 calendar days of making your decision. The cost of standard delivery, if you paid for it, will also be refunded if you purchased products with standard delivery.
Missing or delayed returns (if applicable)
Please double check your bank account first if you still haven’t received your refund.
Your refund may take a while to appear on your credit card statement, so speak to your credit card company immediately. Then call your bank. It usually takes a while for your refund to appear.
